Kajin Lee specializes in celadon pottery, which she coats in a thick blue glaze and fires at 1280°C to mimic the texture of glass or jade. Kajin shapes her celadons to resemble dewdrops. In addition to her celadons, Kajin has started to experiment with colored clay. She creates dewdrop shapes of various sizes in black, gray, and white tones for wall installations.
Kajin received her M.F.A at Seoul National University.
